The interview with Chad was aired on 105.9 The X, a Pittsburgh radio station. The Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer answered two questions that were on evey Peppers fan mind: Is John not in the band anymore? and Who’s the new guitarist?

At the first question, Chad said that John will always be in the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but now he is a busy man doing music on his own, music that he loves.

And yes, Josh Klinghoffer is the new guitarist, as Chad Smith stated during the interview;)
